Different Engineering Entrance Examination and Engineering Colleges in India

VARIOUS ENGINEERING ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS IN INDIA
While I was a student of plus two standards, I knew only three entrance examinations: One is the Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination (as I am a Keralite), second one is the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) and other one is IIT JEE. Years passed by, I saw many students in my neighboring areas and the situation was the same like mine; some are still worse than me. I think this will be the condition to many of you too; a bad situation.

Before preparing for the entrance examination, the foremost thing you need to know is the about different engineering examinations and the different engineering colleges from where you can pursue B.Tech. Different colleges will be of different standard the courses offered by them will also vary. According to the standard of these engineering colleges, the standard of entrance examination will also varies.
Different exams adopt different policies for the examination. For eg. IIT JEE will be little bit tougher for some of you. But if you master the concepts thoroughly, you will feel IIT JEE is the easiest one for you. Moreover, the examination consists of two papers on 3 hour duration each comprising of Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry. AIEEE is also based on the basics. But, it will be easy if you can solve the problem within the time limit with maximum speed. It’s a three hour exam with questions coming equally from the three subjects. Likewise all the exams vary in their standard. The number of questions in all these exams differs largely.

So, you have got very large scope. The only thing you need to do here is to choose the right one for you and put some work to get there.
