What to Do beforet the Entrance Examination Day

The day before examination and the examination day are to be approached with a healthy mind and body. Here are some of the steps you should follow:

1. Never try to learn a new thing in these days. You won’t remember it and you will forget other things which you already learnt.
Utilize the time prior to exam for revising what you already learnt. Stress on the areas where you felt problems while studying.
It won’t be a good option to do problems just before the examination date.

2. Don’t be tensed about the exam. If you studied well, what’s there to worry? Tensions always kill your thirst for good score. So, avoid it.

3. Cool down. Do the activities you like and make your body and mind ca lm. Go for a walk in the evening with your friends. Listen to some music if you like it.

4. Don’t discuss exam matters with your friends during these days. If he/she says something which you don’t know, you will definitely feel tensed. But this is what we have been seeing all these years. Students are unnecessarily welcoming tension due to these talking.

5. Avoid heavy food in the night.

6. Go to the bed early and take a deep sleep. A deep sleep will make you feel good throughout the day.

7. Wake up early and take simple breakfast. Do some exercises if you are used to it.

8. If you believe in God, devote some time for praying. Prayers will remove your tension and will give you more confidence and strength.

9. Reach the examination centre at least half hour early. This will clear the unnecessary tensions and burdens.

10. Check that you didn’t forget to take at least two samples of pens, pencils, erasers etc. If one pen fails to work, use the other one. It’s advised to take both the pens of same color. Pencils are needed for some of the exams like IIT JEE.

11. Make sure that the hall ticket is with you itself.

12. Get to your seat early and cool down.

13. Write the exam with confidence.
